What is your daily workout regimen?
My workouts! I love to mix it up with either my 30-minute full body or an abs/arms targeted flow. I also live for my power booty series. I share all of my workouts on my website and offer a 5 Day Free Trial for all people that are new to me.
What are your favorite go-to healthy snacks for both you and your children?
Mustache Munchies (they're like an insane vegan goldfish) for myself and my son, and then for my daughter, the Baby Mum Mums.
What is your family motto/mantra?
If it doesn't work well for my life or my family, it doesn't work.
How have your children inspired your work life?
Having my children has really helped me hone in on the things that matter most. I think inserting kids into the mix makes your yes's that much stronger and your no's more clear.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Making a positive impact in people's lives.
What have been the biggest challenges since having your second child?
When they both need me at the same time. Taking them to the park alone is also really challenging.
How do you carve out “me time” being a working mom? How do you choose to spend that time?
I meditate every day, workout often, and try to take a bath at night. I think doing the little things are what add up to be most important.
What values do you hope to instill in your children?
There's nothing more important than being kind to people.
What are your favorite family vacation destinations?
The Hamptons and LBI. My husband had a summer house in LBI growing up and we go for a few weeks every summer. It's just the most kid friendly and happy place.
