How many years have you been in business in NYC?
We soft-launched our NYC market in 2015
How did you get your start and what was your initial inspiration?
Our founder and CEO Jen created the concept in business school. Everyone else was coming up with crazy technology ideas, and she was looking for a gap in the market that no one was addressing. Turns out there is no go-to for baby strollers and car seats, and those things collect a lot of grime.
What do you feel differentiates you from others in your field?
First, we’re one of the few companies doing this concept. We have both an office that parents can drop-off their strollers, and we also do pickup/delivery. We have partnerships with baby stores such as Giggle and Buy Buy Baby where we’ve done in-store events. We’ve also done on-site events at nursery schools. Our cleaners are specially trained and work only for us. We also use eco-friendly products from The Honest Company to clean!
What is your favorite part of your job?
Getting to see the faces of parents when we return their once-dirty stroller all fresh and sparkling.
What is your favorite secret NYC spot?
It’s a secret.
How do you benefit mamas?
We save them a bunch of time! We also provide a service that no company out there is specializing in… cleaning and repairing strollers!
What is the most memorable feedback a client has given you?
"Amazing! I just had my daughter’s car seat cleaned and the results were outstanding. They got in the nook and crannies, and on top of this, they will re-install your car seat correctly! After two kids, you'd think I would know how to do this myself."

What is the best advice anyone has ever given you? Or what is your "mantra" / words to live by?
Gratitude, not attitude
As moms, the day can escape us, what is your best time-saving trick?
Don’t clean your stroller yourself.
