How many years have you been in business in NYC?
How did you get your start and what was your initial inspiration?
I was born and raised in Paris. When I came to New York 20 years ago, I wanted to bring with me our charming florist shops that resembled Paris.
What do you feel differentiates you from others in your field?
Our style is referred to as European and very organic. We use a lot of greens, a mix of delicate blooms, and many textures.
What do you feel gives you longevity in this big city with so many options?
A unique style and good service.
How do you positively impact your clientele?
We bring beauty to people's lives with the medium of flowers. Flowers have the magical power of influencing people's mood.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Going to the market in the morning to pick the flowers and making arrangements.
What is your favorite secret NYC spot?
Going to the Farmer's market in Union Square. We also love Aires Bath in Tribeca.
How do you benefit mamas?
We believe bringing nature into mamas' busy city schedules and urban homes is a great escape from which we all benefit.
What is the best advice anyone's ever given you? Or what is your "mantra" / words to live by?
Be true to yourself and be aware. Respect the beauty that surrounds us.
As moms, the day can escape us, what is your best time-saving trick?
